Welcome to Liz Ellis Coaching.

Hi! I’m Liz! As the Chief ❤️ Heart Officer of a successful Start-Up, I brought Gallup StrengthsFinder to our company to make the most of our employees and bring out their best talents. I am a firm believer that those who live and use their Strengths are happier and more productive both at home and at work.

One of my personal talents is Human Tetris. I love meeting with teams and individuals to discover what they like and what they hate. By discovering how their talents are being utilized and then reassigning projects or roles based on the best use of talents, I have created an enormous productivity boost in our organization.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I know that everyone has a combination of Strengths that is unique to them. Working with a coach to understand, embrace and direct those Strengths is a powerful experience. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I also believe in a holistic approach that supports both your career and personal goals. Each area of happiness in your life improves your ability to be more productive in another.

A couple of summers ago, I had the unexpected opportunity to coach one of Paul Allen’s sons, (Paul was Gallups Global Strengths Evangelist). It was fun to meet his son, but I didn’t think much of our brief conversation. A few months later, while listening to a Gallup Called to Coach podcast, I was astonished to hear Paul share our story with the world.

In hearing him recount the incredible impact our, seemingly insignificant, conversation had on his son; it made me realize the power of coaching. I want to bring this opportunity to individuals and organizations everywhere. Reading your strengths report is interesting, but having a Strengths Coach help you turn those Strengths into action is a life-changing experience and the reason I became a coach. (listen to the interview here)
